Sessions to Enhance Social SkillsAssistance in learning communication, conflict resolution, and building relationships with others.
Sessions to Develop Cognitive SkillsExercises aimed at improving memory, concentration, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Sessions to Address Gaps in Psychomotor DevelopmentIndividual exercises tailored to the child's needs, supporting motor development, coordination, and perceptual-motor functions.
Support During Life CrisesHelp in situations such as parental divorce, changing schools, moving, the loss of a loved one, or other difficult experiences.
Guidance in Managing School-Related ChallengesSupport in organizing studies, maintaining focus, coping with academic pressure, and managing difficulties with teachers or peers.
Each child and family is unique, which is why the form of assistance is individually tailored to meet specific needs and circumstances. My goal is to support you in understanding the issues and finding the best solutions.
The first meeting with a psychologist is an important step in caring for your child's well-being. In my practice, this meeting typically takes place exclusively with the parent, parents, or legal guardian. Why? Because it provides an excellent opportunity to discuss the observed difficulties that led you to seek support in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
During this meeting, we conduct an initial psychological interview. This is a time when we jointly discuss the child's situation, their needs, daily challenges, and any concerning signals. The parent also has the chance to ask any pressing questions, address doubts, and receive guidance on the next steps.
If we mutually decide that further sessions with the child are needed, we will plan them together. During this conversation, we will also determine the best way to prepare the child for a visit to the psychologist so that they feel comfortable and safe.
My goal is to create a space where both the parent and the child feel they can rely on understanding, professionalism, and support. The first meeting is the beginning of our collaboration in finding the best solutions. I warmly invite you to take this step!
